Returns and Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We want you to love your gameday look! If something isn't quite right, we are happy to help you process a return for store credit. Please review our policy guidelines below:

  • 14-Day Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item. We offer store credit only (no cash refunds).

  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and attached to their original tags and/or packaging.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Exclusions & Final Sale Items Due to the seasonal nature of our inventory, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gameday buttons & Boot Buttons

  • Clear bags

  • Sale section items

How to Start a Return: To begin a return, please email us at info@letsgotailgate.com with "RETURN" in the subject line before sending your package back. We'll guide you through the next steps!
